Short version: we use what you send us to call you back about your project, and that's it.

What we collect
When you use the free-estimate form we ask for your name, phone number, the town the house is in, the kind of job, and any details you choose to add. If you call or email us, we keep the normal record of that conversation.
Why we collect it
To call you back, schedule a visit, and put together your estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
- Our website host (Netlify) stores form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Google Analytics tells us, in aggregate, which pages people visit and whether the estimate form gets used. It does not receive what you type into the form.
- Our email provider carries the messages we exchange with you.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests stay in our inbox and job records for as long as we may need them to serve you, including warranty follow-up. If you would like your details deleted, ask and we will remove what we are not required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
